Annual Meeting

The 52st Annual Meeting of the Louisiana Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology will take place on the weekend of June 26-28, 2026. The meeting will be held again at the beautiful Windsor Court Hotel.  More information will be posted soon.  For more information e-mail staff@lsaai.org.

This year’s meeting will be held at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

Reservations can be made by calling (504) 523-6000 or (800) 262-2662. The Hotel has a limited number of rooms available at a special rate of $265.00 per night for a guest room (previously called a deluxe room) and $295.00 per night for a premium suite (previously called a full suite). Your reservation must be made before May 26, 2026. Mention that you are attending the Louisiana Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology meeting in June to obtain this rate. You can now book your room(s) online. Please make sure that  is in the Group Code box.

Exhibitors are welcome at our annual meeting. Please fill out the online registration form. There MUST be a form on file for everyone in your party.

Before you will be allowed to exhibit, you must complete the following:

1. Everyone in your party MUST be registered for the meeting. You can register online here or email us and we will send you a form.

Notes:

1. The exhibit space () will be open at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
2. Their are no assigned spaces. It is first come, first serve.
3. Before you can exhibit, the items listed above must be completed.
